Working with the leadership of the world's largest brewer, Mark supported their successful transformation from "biggest-to-best" to become the most profitable brewing company in the world. Managing a team of over fifty consultants and internal change-agents, he helped implement manufacturing best-practices across 135 sites, delivering over $230MM in savings and laying the foundation for future growth. Working with the world's largest cement manufacturer, he helped dramatically improve performance by implementing maintenance best-practices across their sites in North and South America. Working for both operational and strategic consulting firms, Mark has led transformational change programs across a wide range of industries including consumer packaged goods, process, life-sciences, creative and professional services. He helped establish and grow the North American business for the world's largest independent operational consulting firm and helped manage a boutique strategy consulting firm, as well as working successfully as an independent consultant.
